Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom orders may require additional time to be woven.

Shipping Time

  • International delivery typically takes between 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp once your rug has shipped.

Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes charged by their country.
